Seminis - is the world largest seed company that resulted from a merger of a number of leading companies in the industry such as ASGROW (USA), Bruinsma (the Netherlands), Petoseed (USA), and Royal Sluis (the Netherlands). Seminis plant breeders are working hard at 70 breeding stations located in 19 countries of the world to develop new vegetable varieties ideally adapted to commercial growing and allowing to minimize manual labor inputs. Using Seminis seeds enables vegetable growers to reduce the rate of application of plant protection agents, to increase the yield potential of vegetable crops, to minimize crop losses, and to extend the product shelf-life. Currently, the company's product line comprises in excess of 8,000 top quality vegetable varieties and hybrids. Agro+ invariably has in its stock the varieties and hybrids that proved themselves to be excellent performers in the growing conditions of the Ukraine and Moldova: Cucumber: Masha F1, Marinda F1, Bianca F1, Levina F1 (yield of 20-25 kg/m2 in greenhouse culture).
