Sentinel   

Sentinel RS is a non-hybrid, Snowball-type cauliflower variety for the fresh market. The maturity is main season, approximately 70-80 days from transplanting. The plant type is medium to large. The long outer leaves provide a fairly tight wrap of the curd. For a non-hybrid variety, Sentinel shows a good curd quality and uniform white curd color. The curds are rounded in shape, smooth, compact and firm. The average head weight is 1.25 – 1.50 kg, depending on the plant density. Recommended growing period: planting date – mid-March till June; harvest period – July till late September. Recommended plant density: 24,000 plants/ha (75 x 55 cm). Growing technology.
