Divino F₁ 

A long-day onion hybrid with mid-late maturity. When direct seeded in the open field, produces bulbs within a single crop season. The bulbs are globe-shaped, averaging 45-110 g in weight. The skin color is white. Resistant to Fusarium basal rot (IR) and Pink root rot (IR). Suitable for long storage and versatile processing uses (multi-use processing potential), notably drying - due to as high soluble solids content as 25% compared to 8-13% in regular onion varieties and hybrids. Suited to cultivation by direct seeding in all growing areas of the Ukraine and Moldova. The recommended plant density by harvest time is 1,000,000-1,200,000 pl/ha. Growing technology.
