Mars F₁  

A mid-early hybrid of the long-day type. When direct seeded in the open field, it forms bulbs in a single season. This is a semi-pungent onion with excellent eating quality. Globe-shaped, jumbo-size bulbs have red scales and weigh up to 600 g. Bright red rings of Mars will add beauty to any salad. Storage time is until March. Resistant to Fusarium basal rot. Recommended for cultivation in all growing areas of the Ukraine by direct seeding and transplanting. Growing technology.
