Orizaba F₁ 

A new highly productive long-day onion hybrid with white color of skin. When direct seeded in the open field, produces bulbs within a single crop season. Matures in 118 days from sowing. Noted for its very high yielding potential and bolting tolerance. The bulbs are large sized, globe shaped, with excellent snow-white color of skin. The plants feature a strong root system and good field tolerance to diseases. The bulbs are very firm, thin necked and capable of long storage without loss of quality. Resistant to Fusarium basal rot (IR) and Pink root rot (IR). Suitable for fresh market, processing and long storage.
