Pelican F₁  

A very early indeterminate hybrid with a high total yield. Plants are vigorous, with a strong ability to form side shoots (suckers). Initially, fruits point directly upwards, turning to face the ground as they mature. Fruits are tapered, 3-lobed. The fruit color is white with yellow undertone at industrial ripeness and bright red at biological ripeness. Fruits weigh 80-100 g and have a maximum diameter of 4-5 cm, a length of 12-14 cm and a wall thickness of 4-5 mm. Suitable for fresh market. Shows good storability. Features intermediate resistance to high temperatures. Growing technique: forcing of seedlings in greenhouses and open-field culture for very early production. Growing technology.
