Honeyheart F₁ 

A mid-early triploid seedless watermelon hybrid. Round or slightly oblong (18x24 cm) fruits weigh 3.5-4.5 kg and have a gray-green rind with dark blue-green stripes. The flesh is brilliant yellow, tender, very sweet and delicious. Sells exceptionally well in supermarkets when cut and displayed in halves. Is recommended for early production of top quality watermelons, including under plastic tunnel. For the production of seedless (triploid) watermelons a pollinator is required. To ensure adequate pollination and good fruit set, the planting of 10% pollinator in the field is normally recommended. Growing technology.
